The Entity Nexus Inc. is a holding company. It structures an ecosystem of brands around two axes: the justice system and personal protection.
The theentity.ca site is a corporate showcase. It presents the group and its brands. It sells no product or service, takes no orders, and hosts no user accounts.
Each brand in the ecosystem operates under its own structure, with its own terms of use, its own privacy policy and its own disclaimers:
Legal news outlet. Hybrid human and AI newsroom. The newsroom is independent within the group: the holding company does not intervene in its editorial decisions.

All content on the theentity.ca site — text, wordmark, the “nexus constellation” motif, graphics, source code and design — is the exclusive property of The Entity Nexus Inc. and is protected by Canadian, Québec and international intellectual property law, notably the Copyright Act (Canada) and the Trademarks Act (Canada).
The word and design marks of the ecosystem — notably Le Juridhic, Sansavoka, Mazir, Veuvenoire and Statisthic — are held by their respective operating structures within the group, or by The Entity Nexus Inc.
Any reproduction, display, modification, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

The theentity.ca site contains links to the sites of the brands in the ecosystem and may contain links to third-party sites. Each site is governed by its own legal notice and its own privacy policy.
The Entity Nexus Inc. exercises no control over the content of third-party sites and disclaims all liability for their content or practices. Linking to theentity.ca is permitted, provided it does not harm the group's image or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

The theentity.ca site collects almost nothing. No forms. No accounts. No advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, when active, is aggregated, privacy-respecting and subject to your prior consent.
